Large Items (Over 75 lbs): When you purchase a large item from Hallman, weighing over 75 lbs, you can expect a premium and white glove experience. Our contracted nationwide delivery partners will handle the delivery process. Here's what you can anticipate:
Please note that while we strive to book every shipment to be delivered within 3-5 business days, occasional delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your understanding, and we recommend allowing 7-14 Business Days from the time it leaves our building to ensure a stress-free experience.
*Note: In rare cases where White Glove Service is not available in your area, we will still choose the highest level of service available for your delivery. The premium white glove option is available in 90% of the U.S.
Smaller Items (Parts, Accessories, and Some Ventilation Hoods): For smaller items, we offer Ground Delivery as our basic shipping service. The product will be shipped using trusted carriers like UPS, USPS, Fedex, or common trucking carriers. For oversized products, this service provides Curbside delivery. If you require the product to be brought inside your front door, garage, or room of choice, please check for Threshold or White Glove Delivery options, if available, on the product page. Please note that installation services are sold separately.
Additional Delivery Services and Inquiries: If you have any questions regarding additional delivery services or installations, please feel free to submit a ticket. Our team will respond to your query within 24-48 hours, ensuring your concerns are addressed promptly.
Important Inspection Reminder: We want to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. All shipments come with full coverage insurance, but it is crucial that you thoroughly inspect your products before signing and accepting them. Once you have signed and taken full possession of the item(s), we cannot hold the carriers responsible. As we prioritize your overall experience and invest in White Glove Service, we urge you not to overlook the inspection process. Remember, "You get what you inspect, not what you expect." This ensures you’re getting the best value possible on your major appliances. Once you receive your product, we fully cover it for the first 90 days to ensure a smooth onboarding process. From there, we have nationwide in-home parts and labor extended service protection plans offered by our longtime partner, Consumer Priority Service (CPS). They have highly skilled teams in place and they manage nationwide warranty support for dozens of appliance brands. By choosing an affordable 3-year or 5-year protection plan, you also have the option to add 10-year coverage for the major components at minimal cost to you. Working with CPS for the last 15 years has been a smooth and rewarding experience for all involved. We fully believe this to be the best path possible for everyone’s peace of mind.
For One-Year from the date of purchase, when this major appliance is used and maintained according to instructions attached to or furnished with the product, Hallman Industries will pay for Factory Specified Parts. For 90 days, Hallman Industries will correct defects in materials or workmanship. Where possible, we will work on your behalf for the first 90 days to contract with local appliance repair technicians around the United States to repair your product.
If you oft to not choose an extended service plan from CPS, we provide One-Year limited warranty on Specified Parts valid only in the United States and applies only when the major appliance is used in the country in which it was bought. Outside the 50 United States this limited warranty does not apply.
You must provide proof of purchase and that a certified gas and appliance installer installed your product to redeem this warranty.
